The YRESA was the first Real Estate Services Association to be registered by license as an Association under the Myanmar Company Law 2017 on 3rd Oct: 2018.

There are 15 regional Real Estate Services Associations as members of the Myanmar Real Estate Services Association (MRESA).

It is believed the other States and Regional Real Estate Services Associations will register in due course.
