Adam is a chartered surveyor (RICS) who has been working in the property industry since 2007. Originally from England, he has a BA from the University of Nottingham and a MSc from Sheffield Hallam University. Adam was elected as a member of the RICS in 2010 having completed the valuation pathway whilst working in London and throughout the UK with both CBRE and Colliers International.

Having subsequently gained international experience in the Middle East and Vietnam, Adam’s valuation and advisory expertise has been supplemented to include investment brokerage, development analysis, market entry strategy and strategic real estate consultancy. Adam was previously an Associate Partner at Dubai-based niche valuation and advisory practice Cavendish Maxwell and a Director with both CBRE and Colliers International in Vietnam.

Adam has significant experience providing Red Book Valuations for a variety of purposes including loan security, deal advisory, accounting purposes and insurance requirements. Past clients include a broad range of entities from large international banking institutions including HSBC, Citigroup and Standard Chartered to local developers, private individuals and family offices.

Whilst in Vietnam Adam acted for several major regional entities including Hyosung, POSCO, Daikin, Takanaka, CHEC, Country Garden, Mapletree and CapitaLand with a focus on sourcing investment and development opportunities and providing market entry advisory services.
