The American Chamber of Commerce Myanmar, in conjunction with Colliers International, will stage a special presentation on the country's property market amid COVID-19 next month.
The investment landscape of Yangon in the COVID-19 climate will be focus of a seminar to be conducted via zoom next month.
Hosted by the American Chamber of Commerce Myanmar, in conjunction with Colliers International, Insights into the Property Market Amid COVID-19 will examine the impact of the pandemic on the city's real estate prospects, both from a local and foreign perspective.
Colliers International's Joshua De Las Alas and Thwe Thwe Soe will also give the latest findings for the first quarter of 2020 as part of the event.
Mr De Las Alas said Colliers International had been "closely monitoring" the effect of COVIC-19 on Myanmar's property industry.
"We, as a team, are committed to providing the latest updates and relevant advice to our clients during this time," he said.
"Existing players should take time to rethink their strategies and marketing plans, focussing more on re-assessing the phasing of their development."
Insights into the Property Market Amid COVID-19 will be held from 11am-12pm on June 5.
