Colliers Myanmar has been recognised at the Asia Pacific Property Awards 2020-2021, with the commercial real estate services firm awarded five-star ratings across multiple categories.

Announced during a virtual red carpet ceremony on September 7, the presentation of the awards acts as precursor to the International Property Awards, the date of which will be released in the coming weeks.

Colliers International in Myanmar garnered top rating in Property Agency Consultancy (Myanmar), Lettings Agency (Myanmar), and Property Agency Consultancy Marketing (Myanmar).

The Asia Pacific Property Awards are the largest, most prestigious, and widely recognised programme throughout the region.

The awards are judged an independent panel of over 80 industry experts. Judging focuses on design, quality, service, innovation, originality, and commitment to sustainability.
 
In other results, Colliers International in Asia also received an overall win in the Investment Manager category in the latest Euromoney Real Estate Survey 2020.
