A new project from Yoma Land is aiming to make house ownership more accessible.
Yoma Land's City Loft development is almost ready for occupation after being pre-launched at the end of last year.
A ceremony was held for First Myanmar Investment Shareholders on December 21-22, which was followed by a open sales exhibition from December 26-30.
Much of the development has been marketed toward first-home buyers, with an entry unit available for those looking to take their first steps into the market.
Inclusivity is also named as one of three key aspects of the City Loft brand on its website, along with Yoma Land's role in providing "security, community, environment, services and convenience".
Located in Yangon's Star City, the 22-acre housing project includes nearly 49,000 spuare metres of residential space, which is divided up into studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom options.
City Loft also incorporates commercial, communal and recreational spaces, including retail stores, a wet market/super market, and a plaza.
There are also amenities such as a community centre, swimming pool, gymnasium, green spine (garden) and bus terminal.
A statement on the City Loft site said the development aims to "give its owner, empowerment and sense of pride in owning a property in Myanmar”.
